Monopolist Residential Complex

This project was challenging — we had to create a space where every family member, including the youngest ones, would be comfortable. The result is a thoughtful, comfortable apartment with smart technologies and natural materials in the finishing.

What we did:
— Implemented a smart home system to make controlling lighting, climate, and security easy.
— Designed an individual children's playground, which was made in a carpentry workshop according to our sketches. Now the children have their own space for games and development.
— Designed and installed sliding glass doors that perfectly fit the interior and apartment dimensions.

The interior turned out cozy, stylish and convenient for living. It's pleasant to relax here, do everyday tasks and enjoy time with family.
